- Medical or Personal Reasons: If you are unable to continue your course due to medical or personal reasons, supported by valid documentation.
2. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Documentation: Provide any supporting documentation, such as medical certificates or other relevant documents.
- Review Process: Our team will review your request and supporting documents. We may contact you for further information if necessary.
- Approval: If your refund request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with details of the refund amount and process.
3. Refund Amount
- Before Course Commencement: If you withdraw from a course before it begins, you are eligible for a full refund minus any administrative fees.
- After Course Commencement: If you withdraw after the course has started, the refund amount will be prorated based on the number of classes attended and the date of withdrawal.
- Non-Refundable Fees: Certain fees, such as application fees, registration fees, and material fees, are non-refundable.
4. Refund Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 30 days from the date of approval. The refund will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.
5. Exceptions
- Special Programs: Some special programs, workshops, or seminars may have specific refund policies. Please refer to the program’s specific terms and conditions.
- Third-Party Payments: If your course fees were paid by a third party (e.g., employer, scholarship provider), the refund will be issued to the original payer.
6. Non-Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:
- Failure to Attend: Failure to attend classes without a valid reason.
- Disciplinary Action: Expulsion or suspension from the institute due to disciplinary actions.
- Late Requests: Requests for refunds submitted after the course has concluded.
